Video Recording:

  • When enabled, this feature records video during web calls, capturing the user’s video feed. It is disabled in the current configuration, preserving user privacy.

Start Speaking Plan:

These settings control when and how the Virtual Agent begins speaking:

Wait Seconds:

  • Defines the delay before the Virtual Agent starts speaking. In this configuration, the wait time is set to 0.7 seconds, providing a brief pause before the agent responds, ensuring a smoother conversational flow.

Smart Endpointing:

  • When enabled, this feature allows the Virtual Agent to detect speech endpoints more accurately, enhancing its ability to recognize when a user has finished speaking, leading to a more responsive interaction.
