Overview of Billing Management

The Odea Virtual Agent (OVA) platform provides a streamlined billing interface, enabling users to manage payment methods, review charges, and track usage with precision. The billing system is divided into two main sections:

  1. Billing Overview – Review detailed call charges and billing summaries.

  2. My Company Billing Settings – Configure payment methods and manage account information.

Billing Overview

The Overview tab provides a comprehensive summary of billing activity and call usage. Key components include:

  • Estimated Bill Summary:
    • Customer ID: Unique identifier for the account.

    • Billing Period: Indicates the specific time frame for the displayed charges (e.g., OCT 1 – OCT 31, 2024).

    • Bill Status: Displays the current payment status (e.g., Pending).

    • Grand Total: Shows the total estimated charge for the period.

  • Payment Breakdown:
    • Displays granular details of charges across all virtual agents under the account.

    • Columns:
      • Virtual Agent Name: Lists agents (e.g., “Jane Cooper”).

      • Call ID: Unique identifier for each call.

      • Call Cost: Indicates the cost of individual calls.

      • Ended Reason: Specifies the call termination reason (e.g., “Customer Ended Call”).

      • Model: Shows the AI model in use (e.g., “OpenAI – GPT 4.0 Cluster”).

      • Transcriber and Voice: Details the transcription service (e.g., “Deepgram – English”) and voice used (e.g., “Cartesia – Hannah”).

      • Call Times & Duration: Displays when the call occurred and its length.

  • Actions
    • Export Options: Download detailed billing data as a CSV file or print the summary directly.

This section provides full transparency into call-related expenses, empowering administrators to monitor and optimize costs.

My Company Billing Settings

This section allows administrators to manage organizational billing details. Key fields and actions include:

  • Account Information:
    • Email Address: Displays the organization’s billing contact email.

    • Address and Region: Reflects the registered billing address.

  • Phone Number:
    • Shows the contact number associated with the account.

    • Easily editable for quick updates.

  • Package Plan:
    • Indicates the subscribed plan, e.g., “Premium.”

  • Payment Method Management :
    • Card Details: Lists saved payment methods (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).

    • Ability to:
      • Set a default payment method.
      • Edit or remove cards as needed.

This section ensures flexibility and control over how payments are processed.
